so.
back on the boat and rockin' these waves i abandoned.
when time seemed like a whirlwind, it is now standing still and here i am at the next crossroad.
the next open chapter.
the next next.
two things i did for me this year:
1. trinity guildhall drama exam
2. cambridge celta - done at british council (full time 4 weeks. 2511-201213.)
the question is not why or what.
the question is swimming in a cloud of memories wondering if it should ever be answered
or even be questioned at all.
and so.
rewind and fast forward?
no i will not.
much to share and much to say.
but really and most importantly,
all one ever needs to do is:
listen.

modern world.
finally. after much procastinatination, i am updating...PLUS i am updating from my phone. wow. first world achievement...
last last night:
a masseuse attended to me and started screaming and shouting, claiming there was something alive in my left rib sent from a person in my past.
last night:
a lot of swimming was involved.
of course there was more to it and as usual, the more you try to remember, the more you don't.
i miss swimming. current state of health does not allow it and neither does the current weather. boo.
been listening to blue friend.

some nights ago,
: there was a varsity challenge that seemed more battle royal-esque than anything. :
: attended a radiohead concert and was able to "chill" with mr yorke after. :
and last night,
: (i) was supposed to go for piano lessons but there were 4 people at 4 pianos learning to play in the same room. all playing different songs and created the worst racket i've ever heard and of course, instantly turned me off. (ii) spoke to some random stranger on skype and he insisted i meet him which i didn't and naturally he got furious but what did i care. i ended up at tanglin mall which looked like a weird mall from the 1970s. goodness knows what i was doing there. :
following up the previous post, the americans is not too bad a tv show as well. i quite like it. most notably, game of thrones is back and the cast looked like they aged reasonably. not complaining, no. a lot of expectations for their delivery of narrative to be better or just as good as the last two seasons.
on the cinema front, oz the great and powerful was entertaining but i still preferred the judy garland version.
last weekend was remarkable especially the trip to the singapore philatelic museum and the artscience museum on the same day. the former is exhibiting star wars stamps & memorabilia and the latter is exhibiting 'art of the brick by nathan sawaya' (lego madness!) both are running til may and you should go if you can.
revisiting panic! at the disco (initially meant to be a joke) and also the ost of the crow.
*special shoutout to my husband for being a radically awesome person. hearts and arrows.*

a first for
everything.
when the routine is no longer fixed by a structure or hanging onto a scaffold.
when happiness overrides bliss and constantly overriding contentment.
when the true meaning of meaning is a work in progress.
make what you will.

some nights ago :
: never would i think the elevator dream would recur. the one where i step into a glass elevator and it shoots up to the top floor and catapults out of the building and onto a railway-line-ish track and transports me to another building. only this time around, i was not alone and i had my husband by my side as my trusted accomplice. *tag team for life and after* roar! :
last night :
: i almost got injected but was woken up. went scouting for new places to swim. one of them was at a wet market in johor, malaysia. and the pool was on the roof. supposed to go skateboarding but bailed. the fact that the ramps were in a tennis court could be a factor why i was hesitant to partake.:
february - the month of birthdays - came and went.
it sure presented itself in the most unpredictable manner. ever.
not my most preferred choice but sometimes a knot is tied harder than how it seems.
gryswtr dot blogspot dot com is already eleven.
and if time permits, greysweater/gryswtr will turn 14 in june.
wow.
be fuelled by broccoli (the vegetable), adventure time/the following (the tv shows) and eight tracks. about time i posted a new mix.
